ABT Mechanical is a local family-owned and operated HVAC company servicing all of Utah for over 30 years. We provide a wide array of HVAC services for homes and business structures alike, including installation, repair, replacement, and maintenance services.
We are currently seeking a Sales professional to schedule and meet with clients to discuss their heating & cooling needs and present solutions to make their personal space more comfortable.
The ideal candidate must be a self-starter with a superior work ethic, tech-savvy with strong communication skills, and the ability to work independently.
Work Hours: Work hours will vary based upon the scheduling needs of the customer, presentation times, and seasonality: 7:30 AM - 5:30 PM Monday - Friday. Evenings and weekends availability required based on customer demands.
Primary Job Function: Close sales and acquire new long-term clients for the company's products and services in a regional territory. Professionally represent the company at all times using a consultative sales approach to determine needs and then provide solutions that solve the customer's issues and generate a high rate of referral-based sales. Integrity, honesty, and genuine caring for our clients are key attributes required of our team members.
Required Qualifications:
- Must have HVAC experience.
- 2+ years of consultative sales experience with a proven track record of success.
- New-business acquisitions preference.
- Goal-oriented with a strong desire to succeed.
- Solid organizational and sales pipeline management skills.
- Strong understanding of the psychology of the sale.
- Comfortable working directly with consumers in their home.
- Strong computer skills.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to use company-furnished technology products.
- Valid driver's license and insurable driving record.
- Must pass a background check and drug screening.
- Desire to earn $100K+.
