We're growing and looking for a dynamic Sales Professional to help our clients create more comfortable living spaces.
What You'll Do: As a Sales Professional, you will be the face of our company-meeting clients, discussing their home comfort needs, and offering tailored solutions that enhance their comfort. You'll work directly with homeowners, guiding them through our products and services, and ensuring a positive, stress-free experience from consultation to completion.

Your Key Responsibilities:
- Close sales and acquire new, long-term clients for our home comfort solutions.
- Use a consultative sales approach to assess client needs and recommend the best solutions.
- Build strong, lasting relationships with clients through honesty, integrity, and excellent service.
- Generate high referral-based sales through exceptional customer experiences.
Work Schedule:
Monday - Friday, 7:30 AM - 5:30 PM. Evenings and weekend availability are required based on customer demands and seasonality.
What You Bring:
- HVAC or home services experience is a must!
- 2+ years of consultative sales experience with a proven record of closing deals.
- Goal-oriented, driven to succeed, and excited about the challenge of acquiring new business.
- Strong understanding of the psychology of sales and how to connect with customers on a personal level.
- Tech-savvy with excellent computer skills and experience using company-provided technology.
- A valid driver's license and an insurable driving record.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 5+ years of retail or residential sales experience.
- Familiarity with electrical sales is a plus.
- Exceptional customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Well-organized with strong sales pipeline management abilities.
Candidates will be required to pass a background check and drug test upon being given a conditional offer of employment.
