Intecrowd is seeking a Certified and experienced Financial Report Writer Consultant. If you are passionate about Workday technology, assisting clients, and all the challenges that go with being a consultant, you will want to be a part of our team.
This is a remote position with a possibility of 0% - 25% travel expected.
KEY EXPECTATIONS
- Workday certification in Financials Core, Practical, Advanced Reporting, or Prism Analytics.
- Provide Workday technical consulting services by acting as subject matter expert and leading clients through the entire systems development lifecycle from requirements through deployment.
- Understand technical issues, expertly resolve issues, and communicate effectively with the client.
- Train and mentor less experienced team members.
- Advise clients on options, risks, and any impacts related to reporting.
- Answer all inquiries on a timely basis.
- Complete tasks efficiently and in a timely manner.
- Responsible for key communication to project and client leadership.
- Continually seek ways to improve the process of delivering Workday solutions.
- Share knowledge to continually improve implementation methodology.
- Provide quality formal and informal documentation consistent with documentation standards.
- Close attention to detail.
Required Skills
- Team player who can collaborate and communicate effectively.
- Quick learner, motivated to understand various technologies used in Workday ecosystem.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Human Resources, Accounting, Economics, or Computer Science. MBA is a plus.
- High proficiency with MS Excel, ASAP Utilities, MS Office Suite.
- Understanding of data modeling concepts with an ability to manipulate data using software tools such as Excel, Tableau, or SQL.
- Adaptable, agile, and quick to adjust to customer needs.
- Experience defining the object model of a complex business system by mapping its components.
- Experience with Data Warehousing, Data Architecture, and Data Audits.
- Passion for providing exceptional customer service.
- Ability to effectively manage against timelines and goals.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Business analysis and requirements gathering abilities.
DESIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- 2+ years of Workday Financial experience or relevant industry experience.
- Workday implementer certifications required.
- Data structure experience and reporting in other analytical systems such as Tableau, PowerBI, TeraData Warehouses, MySQL, etc.
- Experience developing and implementing analytics and data insights.
- Previous consulting experience with a consulting/software company.
- Previous experience deploying Workday, SAP, Oracle, PeopleSoft, ADP, or similar applications.
- Ability to learn technology quickly through instruction and self-training.
- Experience deploying multiple Financials or Human Capital Management projects simultaneously is highly valued.
Pay Transparency Statement: Intecrowd takes into consideration a candidate’s experience, education, certification/credentials, market data, internal equity, and geography when determining an offer for a successful employment candidate, and Intecrowd does so on an individualized, non-discriminatory basis. Therefore, an offer may fall anywhere between the estimated minimum base salary for this role of $90,000 per year (for full-time employees) and the estimated maximum base salary for this role of $130,000 per year (for full-time employees). In addition to a base salary, this position may be eligible for a bonus and/or other incentive plans.
