Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 6 years of experience in management consulting, sales operations, business strategy, investment banking, venture capital, private equity, or corporate advisory, or 4 years of experience with an advanced degree.
- 2 years of experience with vendor management and running a global operations program.
- 1 year of experience in vendor operations, managing vendor agreements.
Preferred qualifications:
- MBA degree.
- 2 years of experience creating complex data sets, data modeling, and reporting.

Global Partnerships is an exciting part of the Global Business Organization that plays a critical part in capturing the AI opportunity for Google.
In this role, you will join the Project Bandwidth team in Global Partnerships. Project Bandwidth is a centralized shared services organization that’s designed to increase the productivity of our teams across Global Partnerships. The team’s mandate is to be as efficient and scaled as possible in our vendor operations of today and also look for areas across the business that could benefit from our vendorization model.
You will play a key part in supporting our Global Partnerships business, with a focus on identifying and optimizing processes suitable for vendorization, contributing to increased operational efficiency, scalability, and process improvement on a global scale. You will collaborate with key stakeholders and the vendor operations team, supporting existing efficiency strategies, implementing technical solutions, and driving new support offerings through our centralized shared services team.
The Global Partnerships organization is responsible for exploring new opportunities with Google's partners. Google’s Global Partnerships team works with a wide range of partners to bring the best of Google to power their business. The Global Partnerships team supports Google’s own Product teams with essential partnerships to help Google’s user experiences in advertising, Search, Assistant, Maps, Travel, Shopping, Payments and more. Teams create product-enabling partnerships, go-to-market strategies and incubate business growth for a variety of products.
The US base salary range for this full-time position is $142,000-$211,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities
- Draw interpretable insights from sophisticated business analyses and advanced modeling. Identify new workflows for vendorization and lead global implementation efforts.
- Define comprehensive strategies that solve complex business challenges and address the needs of the business. Work with business leaders for scoping and sign-off on new initiatives.
- Facilitate decision-making, balancing quality, costs, resources, scope, and time. Identify and mitigate program risks, resolve issues timely.
- Provide regular program updates to Global Stakeholders, maintain documentation, and ensure the quality of program outputs.
- Manage day-to-day vendor programs for Global Partnerships workflows. Drive efficiencies in existing vendor programs (e.g., contracting, location strategy). Deliver polished presentations with data-driven insights and a strategic narrative to influence executives to adopt recommended strategies.
