Job Summary: We are looking for a Ford Service Advisor Assistant / Remote Experience Coordinator to join our team! The right candidate will have dealership automotive service experience and a valid driver's license. The day-to-day duties of this role include coordinating and scheduling pickup and deliveries, mobile service repairs, making appointments, and meeting with customers to determine their needs, providing excellent customer service, and overseeing quality control, as well as cashiering customers when needed.
HOURS:
- 8am to 6pm Monday through Friday (1 hour lunch)
- Salaried Position plus monthly bonus on performance.

Responsibilities:
- Schedule and coordinate pickup and deliveries
- Schedule and coordinate mobile service repairs
- Answer calls and schedule appointments
- Meet with customers and determine their needs for repair and/or service of their vehicle issues
- Increase customer satisfaction by building customer relations
- Maintain the company’s standards for ethical business practices, professional image, orderliness, customer service, and good employee and community relations
- Monitor the progress of each vehicle throughout the day, and update customers frequently
- Oversee technicians working on customers’ vehicles, including their time management/efficiency, parts ordering, and job completion times
- Participate in the development and documentation of standard operating procedures as appropriate
- Complete and maintain required training
- Track and maintain loaner/rentals
- Cashiering customers
- Properly secure service department and close.
Qualifications:
- Must be VERY organized, reliable, and accurate.
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ford experience preferred
- Must have OEM dealership experience of at least 3 years.
- CDK experience preferred
- Must pass drug test and random tests - Zero Tolerance
- Must pass background check - No criminal record
- Training in service advisor skills, customer satisfaction, and quality control preferred.
- Ability to concentrate and accomplish tasks despite interruptions
- Multitasking skills
- Proficient use of computers/business machines
