Guide customers through the auto repair/maintenance process, advise customers on service options and costs, offer additional services and 'specials', schedule service, and more.

Responsibilities
- Guide customers through the auto repair/maintenance process, advise customers on service options and costs, offer additional services and 'specials', and schedule service
- Greet customers, answer questions, follow vehicle status from service bay entry to completion of work, review completed work order with customer and ensure their satisfaction
- Maintain high CSI score
Requirements
- Good customer service, computer and communication skills
- A positive attitude, good work ethic and professional appearance
- Basic automotive operational knowledge is helpful
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Driver's license and insurance
