- Responsible for daily updates of client information in database
- Ability to multi-task and problem-solving

Qualifications and Skills
- Must possess excellent interpersonal skills
- Must be fluent in English and Chinese (Mandarin).
- Prior experience as a customer service representative in a fast-paced environment is a plus
