If you are a recent graduate with an interest in Sustainability issues in Construction, we have a professional opportunity for you!
We are looking for a Junior Sustainability Consultant to join our Green & Healthy Building Business Unit, focusing on:
- LEED, BREEAM, WELL building certifications
- Other services such as: ESG/GRESB, EU Taxonomy, CRREM, Carbon, Biodiversity
In this role, as part of a team and working alongside senior consultants, you will be responsible for the following activities:
- Participate and learn the design development phase according to the requirements of Green & Healthy Building rating Systems
- Participate in and learn the management of the construction phase according to the requirements of Green & Healthy Building rating Systems
- Learn the execution of specialized activities pertaining to the job order
- Produce reports, drawings and graphic information models functional to the requirements of the certification protocols
- Integrate multidisciplinary technical papers
- Perform inspections at buildings and construction sites
- Participate in supervising construction activities
- Assist with final testing and handover
To be successful in the role, you will need to possess:
- Interest in the relevant field
- Aptitude for teamwork and spirit of initiative
- Willingness to go on short trips mainly within the national territory
- Fluent English
- Driver’s license cat. B
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Architecture
- Skills in Sustainability and Circular Economy and their application
- Interior design
- Excellent knowledge of Autocad software. Knowledge of IES Virtual Environment is an asset.
The proposal includes an in-house placement with a fixed-term contract.
