The Management Consulting Consultant/Manager designs and implements business changes that drive industry-specific, function, and digital operating model transformation, focusing on tasks relating to people and processes. The candidate will be a Consultant/Manager within the Banking Consulting practice with a focus on Business and Technology Transformation within the retail banking industry.
Retail banks are engaging Accenture to partner on their strategic transformations; to benefit from leading-edge thought leadership; and to modernize their business models and associated technology components. Accenture is growing our practice to help these banks navigate their transformational journeys. The Retail banking Consultant/Manager will be focused on supporting the development of our offerings and the delivery of transformational consulting projects and must be willing to travel up to 80% (Monday - Thursday).

Here’s What You Need:
- A combined 3+ years of experience in one or more of the following:
- Management consulting experience
- Auto or equipment finance experience
- Industry experience with a finance company engaged in auto or equipment finance
- 3+ years demonstrated ability to be part of a team delivering complex projects in one area of specialty
- A bachelor's degree

Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in California, Colorado, District of Columbia, Maryland, New York, or Washington as set forth below.
