Hourly Salary: $44.23 - $53.85
Annual Salary: $92,000 - $112,000
Relocation Bonus: Discussed during the interview
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage nursing staff to ensure high standards of care.
- Oversee daily operations, fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment.
- Ensure compliance with infection prevention and telemetry standards.
- Mentor and develop staff, fostering professional growth and teamwork.
Requirements:
- License: Active Vermont RN license or compact state RN license in good standing.
- Education: Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) or certificate from an accredited school of nursing (required). BSN (preferred).
- Experience:
- 3+ years of clinical experience (required).
- 1+ year of current nursing management experience with proven leadership ability (required).
- Med Surg experience (preferred).
- Infection prevention and telemetry experience (required).
- Certifications:
- Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers (required).
- Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) (required).
- Certification in Nursing Leadership (preferred).
Skills:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams).
- Excellent people skills, leadership, and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong integrity, initiative, and ability to handle stressful situations.
- Ability to promote teamwork, mentor staff, and resolve conflicts effectively.
