Position Title: Mental Health Practitioner/ Clinical Trainee
Compensation (Pay/Benefits): Our employees are our most valuable asset; therefore, we offer competitive pay and benefits. The pay range for these positions starts at $49,870 - $66,050 a year for full time, depending on qualifications (i.e., licensure and experience). This salary reflects a 40-hour workweek, annualized. Any agreed-upon reduction in weekly hours will be reflected in salary commensurately. This position is benefits eligible, including health and dental insurance, health savings account with an employer contribution, flexible spending accounts, and retirement account with matching contribution. Schedule: 35-40 hours, M-F. This is considered a hybrid position.

Program Summary:
St. David's Center Preschool Autism Day Treatment is offered during morning and afternoon sessions at Harley Hopkins Family Center. Day Treatment programming consists of both early intervention and family support. Our approach to treatment is developmental, relational, and play-based, integrating mental health and pediatric therapies to treat the challenges associated with autism.
Position Overview:
The Preschool Autism Day Treatment program provides services which include day treatment as well as mental health outpatient services. Outpatient case load may include family and individual psychotherapy and/or skills-training sessions. This position facilitates the daily operations and programming for the day treatment program and coordinates and provides support to the families, in-center and via telehealth. This position reports to the Preschool Autism Day Treatment Program Supervisor.

Job Qualifications:
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in a mental health related field, OR
- Master's degree in a program of study to prepare the staff person for independent licensure as a mental health professional (Clinical Trainee).
Experience:
- Experience working directly with children with mental health/autism spectrum diagnoses.
