Descrição
- Assist the surgical team in the operating room, providing support with the use of technology and related products for various procedures, and quickly responding to any technical-clinical questions or needs;
- Deliver training to medical and nursing staff;
- Quickly coordinate with technical support if intervention is needed to ensure continuity of operational activities;
- Contribute to commercial objectives through the work in the operating room (training, demonstration, technical clinical support);
- Review surgical instruments in the operating room to ensure proper supply for scheduled interventions;
- Responsibly carry out administrative tasks such as territory mapping related to procedures performed and the results of business development activities;
- Constantly update knowledge on the product, surgical procedures, and general developments by participating in training activities.
Perfil ideal
- Bachelor's degree, preferably in Health Sciences (Nursing, Biomedical Engineering or similar);
- Operation room experience (urology and general surgery preferred);
- Experience in a similar role will be valued;
- Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills;
- Organised and results-driven;
- Team player;
- Fluent English (B2 level or higher);
- Willingness to travel frequently.
