The Operating Room nurse will circulate for all orthopedic cases at the Surgery Center. The nurse functions as an integral part of the surgical team. The RN possesses expertise in the theory and application of sterile and aseptic technique and combines the knowledge of human anatomy, surgical procedures, equipment, tools, and technologies to facilitate a physician's performance of invasive therapeutic and diagnostic procedures.
This is a full-time opportunity with scheduled day hours Monday - Friday (4, 10 hour shifts). The primary location for this position will be at our new Plymouth Surgery Center set to open in the Fall of 2025. Training will take place at our Eagan and Vadnais Heights Surgery Centers. Flexibility to float to other Summit Surgery Centers as needed.
Eligible for a $12,000 Sign-On bonus.

Education
Bachelors of Nursing (preferred)
Associates of Nursing (required)
Experience
Successful completion of post-basic OR course (preferred)
1 year: Six months of previous recent experience required (required)
Licenses & Certifications
Advanced Cardiac Life Support (preferred)
