How You Will Make an Impact:
The Director of Clinical Services for Inpatient provides the leadership and strategic planning of the clinical services programs offered at the inpatient facility; ensuring programs meet the needs of the community and the facility’s performance goals and objectives. Responsibilities include oversight of all administrative processes, oversight of management systems for all clinical services offered, promotion and maintenance of a therapeutic environment, and development and implementation of evidence-based clinical treatment programs. This position is also responsible for the strategic direction and growth of all programs, including meeting all clinical and financial performance goals on an ongoing basis.

Qualifications- Education: Master’s degree in clinical social work, psychology, counseling or related field or equivalency.
- Experience: Minimum of five (5) years experience in psychiatric/mental health field, with a minimum of three (3) years experience in advanced clinical/management practice.
- License: LCSW required.
- Additional Requirements: A strong knowledge of The Joint Commission, CMS, OSHA, regulations, and patient rights standards and all other applicable federal and state laws and regulations governing mental health care facilities.
- Training: Successful completion of Crisis Management and Service Excellence training must occur within 90 days of employment and prior to assisting in any restraining procedures. May be required to work occasional overtime and flexible hours.
