Our client is a thriving SNF organization that is seeking a hands-on SNF VP of AR! You will oversee multiple Managers across many SNF locations.
Desired Qualifications, Skills and Experiences:
- 3+ years of SNF RCM leadership experience.
- Very eager to make an impact and ready to dig in.
- Knows all of the ins and outs of SNF billing.
- Strong understanding of SNF billing with all payers.
- Experience making an assessment on their team and restructuring it as they see fit.
- Has had success in similar roles, is seasoned, knows what they’re doing, and can work independently and immediately dive in.
- Experience improving RCM processes and increasing collections while decreasing bad debt.
