Are you passionate about revolutionizing business operations through automation? Join us as the Director - Automation, where you will lead the charge in expanding our vision for automation and growing a talented team of automation experts.
In this role, you’ll manage a global team that builds scalable, sustainable RPA solutions that drive revenue growth and optimize costs. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify new automation use cases and streamline business processes.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Lead and execute the strategy for enhancing automation capabilities.
- Build, mentor, and manage a high-performing automation team.
- Collaborate with business leaders to uncover new areas for automation.
- Implement automation solutions that drive revenue growth and improve team efficiency.
- Continuously evaluate automation initiatives and measure performance.
- Integrate robotic process automation (RPA) solutions into various business functions.
- Partner with internal and external teams to drive multiple automation projects.
- Champion a culture of continuous improvement.
- Provide regular updates to senior leadership on automation progress.
- Define and productize automation for client delivery.
- Share best practices and contribute to the achievement of company-wide goals.
- Other duties as assigned.
Supervisory Responsibilities: The Director – Automation will lead a team of RPA Developers and Senior Business Analysts, providing guidance and supporting professional growth.
Qualifications
Position Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- 8+ years of experience in talent solutions or a related field.
- Strong leadership experience in managing and scaling teams.
- Deep expertise in Robotic Process Automation (RPA) and automation technologies.
- Proven ability to drive cost savings and revenue generation through automation strategies.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with continuous process improvement methodologies.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Collaborative mindset with experience partnering cross-functionally.
- Experience in using recruitment technologies.
- Strong communication and reporting skills.
This is a remote role for candidates in the US only. Candidates will travel 10-15% of the time.
