Director, ERP Transformation Change Management at a Glance….
Kraft Heinz has embarked on a S/4 HANA transformation journey, known as the Goldilocks Program. We are seeking an experienced and dynamic SAP business delivery director to lead and oversee the success of the SAP solutions across our organization. The ideal candidate will be a visionary leader with a deep understanding of change management principles and a proven track record of guiding large-scale organizational changes. This role requires exceptional leadership, strategic thinking, and communication skills to ensure successful adoption and integration of new processes, systems, and organizational structures.
You will coordinate the dedicated business teams together with an experienced SI partner, influencing and deciding closely with senior stakeholders in business & IT, from planning & requirements gathering, solutioning and delivering, having full accountability of the Change Management, Value Creation, Readiness and Adoption. The role will report to the VP – Global Business Head – S4 HANA Transformation.
What’s on the menu?
- Strategic Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive change management strategies aligned with organizational goals. Partner with senior leadership to identify and prioritize change initiatives.
- Leadership and Team Management: Lead and mentor a team of change management professionals. Foster a collaborative and high-performance environment. Provide coaching and development opportunities to team members.
- Change Management: Ensures a comprehensible change impact assessment across all levels of the organization, encompassing skill/knowledge, culture, process, and system requirements and how each change is expected to affect key stakeholder groups.
- Change network: Identify, groom and manage the change network: senior leaders who share Goldilocks vision, encourage peer learning, recognize and reward efforts and act as a change agent.
- Training: Lead the OCM team to design, develop, and deliver web-based and “train-the-trainer” sessions based on staff and organizational learning needs. Develop and deliver training content via Enable Now.
- Readiness: Ensure that the organization can efficiently and safely advance towards stage gates. Enables KHC adopt and own proposed changes, minimizing risks and optimizing benefits.
- Senior Stakeholder Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with the senior executives of the impacted business.
- Communication: Development, implementation and coordination of all communications strategy and activities within the program, managing relationships with interested parties.
- Performance Metrics: Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of change management efforts. Use data to drive continuous improvement and refine strategies.

- 10 years change management experience with major ERP systems, SAP preferred
- Proven experience in managing large-scale organizational transformations and leading cross-functional teams
- Strong understanding of change management methodologies and best practices
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills. Ability to influence and build relationships with stakeholders at all levels
- Demonstrated ability to think strategically and execute effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Experience with project management tools and methodologies is a plus
