Reporting to the VP, Non-Commercial, you will lead our strategy and projects within the main call points, through a direct and indirect team into the Vending channel. You will be the owner of all business-related activities and targets at national and market levels. You will collaborate with multiple teams (sales, distribution, marketing, finance, operations, and legal) at Headquarters (HQ) and regional levels to ensure that goals of these customers are achieved.
Responsibilities include:
- Own budgets and trade results (Distribution, Price, Promotion, and Presence) at the national and regional levels.
- Develop productive business relationships with senior management within the channel.
- Guide best practices that exceed our goals.
- Direct and indirect team leadership.
Minimum Requirements:
- 8+ years Sales and Key Account experience.
- Experience managing Vending channel business.
- Experience using internal and external data sources (i.e. Nielsen, IRI, CPM, Sales Data).
- Negotiation experience.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
- Must be fluent in English, additional languages an advantage.
