Humana Marketpoint represents one of the most dynamic areas of Humana, facing off to our members across a variety of physical and virtual touch-points. The AVP, Distribution Experience and Transformation for Marketpoint will unify future transformed experiences anchored on the needs and expectations of members and agents, and informed by data. The individual in this role will be expected to bring creativity and realized future experiences across a cross-functional team.
Responsibilities:
The AVP, Distribution Experience and Transformation will lead a team of product managers to shape an end-to-end sales journey. Experiences will be shaped by current and inflight technology investments, experiential/operational measures, and expertise/insights from key subject matter experts. The individual in this role will collaborate with various business, technology, and experiential teams that align with 3-5 year distribution strategies. Additionally, this leader will lead current teams supporting existing experiences to execute a seamless transition to future state experiences, at scale.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree and 8 years of experience in product management or related field; MBA or graduate degree preferred.
- 5 - 8 years of people leadership experience in building, managing and developing high-performing product and/or technology teams.
- Expertise in establishing and working within scaled agile environments, design-centric frameworks, and transforming business from current to future state experiences.
- Knowledgeable in regulations governing health care industries or related adjacent industries.
- Comprehensive knowledge of key technology platforms utilized in B2B or B2C distribution and integrating experiences across channels.
- Strong experience and expertise communicating (verbal, digital) complex topics to business leaders and executive teams.
- Ability to be creative, anticipate, and be proactive around large initiatives simultaneously.
- Collaborative and operating in parallel with adjacent teams to drive results.
- Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences and business outcomes.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Broad understanding of our businesses and connectedness to key Humana constituent areas.
- Relationship-focused and can represent the office of the CRO well to both internal and external audiences.
- Knowledge of Humana's internal policies, procedures, and systems.
Additional Information:
For this job, associates are required to be fully COVID vaccinated, including booster or undergo weekly COVID testing and wear a face covering while at work. The weekly testing will need to be done through an approved Humana vendor, and unvaccinated associates should follow all social distancing and masking protocols if they are required to come into a Humana facility or work outside of their home.
