Overview
We are seeking an Executive Vice President to join our Integrated Marketing team. This is a senior level position where you’ll have the opportunity to grow agency revenue, introduce new services and competitive positioning, building trusted client relationships and mentor the agency’s future leaders.
You will be responsible for multiple integrated accounts, particularly for complex accounts with public relations, influencer marketing, social media, paid media and other workstreams. The ideal candidate for someone looking to build and grow a team, and have 15+ years’ experience in marketing, advertising or another related field. Agency and in-house experience are a plus.
Responsibilities
- Deep believer in the philosophy of integrated solutions driving activity among a client’s most valuable customers and communities
- Is an internal thought leader for clients and teams across all the agency’s offices
- Senior counsel lead on integrated client engagements, translating a strategic vision into a coordinated and actionable online/offline marketing program
- A consistent contributor in pitches and a primary collaborator across agency disciplines (PR, brand strategy, social/digital, content, creative, research and measurement)
- A voracious appetite to scour emerging platforms, and a defined POV across the myriad of established channels: from digital to social, influencer to traditional
- Constantly monitoring the impact of each channel against client KPIs
- Accountable to financials of projects, from scopes to budget tracking, monthly utilization of resources and revenue and closing
- Consistently looking for opportunities to grow business organically through the upselling of additional agency services.
- Evangelize Allison and Marketing Innovation Team’s value propositions internally and externally via proactive networking
- Contribute to external agency thought leadership and industry events
- A mentor to entire account management team of all levels
Qualifications
- A client-facing marketer with experience at vice president or above; and one who has delved deeply into the digital MarCom world with great success
- Prior senior-level management experience with direct reports necessary
- Must be able to work under pressure and a fast-paced environment
- Heavy experience and solid understanding of best practices in social, paid media, influencer marketing and content campaigns; emphasis in a single area is okay
- Knows how to find consumer insights from both quant and qualitative sources leading to breakthrough campaign ideas
- Experience in campaigns that drive results across the entire customer journey (AIDA), and across brand/product marketing and direct response
- Enthusiastic, thorough and hardworking, can-do attitude and an entrepreneurial spirit that will do whatever it takes to deliver
- Strong understanding of accounting and business practices as they pertain to forecasting, revenue planning and resourcing
- Consummate professional, well-organized and great attention to detail
- Self-starter, goal-oriented, quick study

In order to comply with equal pay and salary transparency laws in various locations, we believe the target range of base compensation in all locations within the United States for this role is $175k-$282k. Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and location.
