Director of Sales – NDR Lighting
Region – Washington, Oregon, Idaho.
NDR Lighting is a lighting manufacturer servicing the residential and commercial markets with interior and exterior traditional and LED lighting. We provide high levels of quality, service, and on-time delivery lighting solutions for our customers.
NDR Lighting is seeking an experienced Director of Sales to join its expanding team in the Washington, Oregon, Idaho regions to continue our growth.

Reporting to the VP of Sales, the Director of Sales is responsible for promoting NDR products and ensuring the achievement of sales goals and profit objectives within the defined geographical territory.
We expect candidates to have 3 to 5 years Electrical Distribution sales experience, with lighting experience and contacts in these regions as a plus.
Role and Duties:
- Regular territory & customer visits (6-8 weeks).
- Expand and grow the distribution network.
- Visits to electrical contractors, architects, and engineering communities to achieve set sales goals and targets.
Language Proficiency: English – Written & Oral.
Compensation: Base Salary + Commission, car allowance, and health insurance contribution.
Home Base: Ideally based in greater Seattle or surrounding areas.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and open new distribution partners within the regions.
- Regular and scheduled visits to existing customer base, electrical contractors, engineering, architects, building inspectors, and the design communities.
- Grow brand awareness among distribution channel partners in the assigned region.
- Train and promote the complete NDR line with all partners, including in-house training sessions and joint calls with distributor sales team members.
- Negotiate terms and pricing for all operational contracts; review all existing contracts for compliance.

As a key member in strategic planning for the entire organization, the Director of Sales will have input in new product development, marketing strategies, and general organizational direction.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $80,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
