We are looking for an experienced Software Technical Lead to manage and guide a dynamic development team. This role is based on-site in Manhattan and requires strong proficiency in C# and .NET technologies, as well as experience managing offshore teams. The ideal candidate will oversee software project delivery, drive innovation, and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams.
Key Requirements:
- 10+ years of experiencein software engineering, with5+ years in leadership roles.
- Expertise in.NET technologies(ASP.NET, C#, .NET Core).
- Proven experience managing offshore development teams.
- Previous experience working with startups.
- Experience managing anR&D budgetof approximately$1 million per year.
- Familiarity withcloud platforms(AWS/Azure) andAgile/DevOps practices.
- Strong understanding of themedia content industry, including streaming, content management, and digital distribution.

- Must be able to conductvideo interviewswith the camera turned on.
- U.S. CitizenshiporGreen Card holderstatus required.
