Job Summary:
The Bank of America Middle Market segment is seeking a Sr. Relationship Manager to join our Melville, NY Team. The Middle Market segment of the Global Commercial Bank serves public and private companies with annual revenues of $50 million to $2 billion. This job is responsible for providing advice and valuable financial solutions to complex Global Commercial Banking clients and prospects. Key responsibilities include serving as the primary point of contact or trusted advisor and acquiring, deepening, and maintaining profitable relationships, collaborating with teammates, and facilitating client relationships with Product Specialists.
Responsibilities:
- Manages an extensive portfolio of complex Middle Market clients and prospects with annual revenues of $50 million to $2 billion.
- Acquires, deepens, and maintains profitable client relationships through sales, prospecting, and enhancing existing relationships.
- Understands and interprets financial and cash flow statements to assess and analyze financial conditions of companies and industry trends.
- Collaborates with domestic and international teammates throughout the bank to design and deliver financial solutions to clients and prospects.
- Leads and facilitates dialogue with a variety of complex clients and prospects regarding business issues.
- Coaches and mentors peers while utilizing leadership skills.
- Adapts to changes in sales practices and broader market and industry conditions as needed.

Required Qualifications:
- 10+ years’ experience in Commercial Banking or Investment Banking.
- Demonstrates ability to successfully manage an extensive portfolio of middle market clients with revenues greater than $50 million.
- Proven track record of prospecting new business and closing profitable transactions.
- Strong corporate finance, capital markets, and accounting acumen.
- Outstanding oral and written communication skills.
- Demonstrated leadership ability.
- Must obtain Securities Industry Essentials (SIE), Series 7 & 63 licenses within 180 days of start date.
Desired Skills:
- Undergraduate degree in related field or equivalent work experience. MBA desirable.
- Existing knowledge of the market preferred.
- Active member of local community organizations.

Pay Transparency:
Pay range: $140,000.00 - $235,000.00 annualized salary, offers based on experience, education, and skill set. This role is eligible for an annual discretionary incentive based on individual performance and overall company success.
