Responsibilities:
As a Shift Leader, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring that our operations run smoothly during scheduled shifts. You will work closely with our management team to maintain the highest standards of customer service, product quality, and health and safety regulations. You will lead a team of dedicated crew members and uphold policies at all times.
We are looking for a candidate with a positive attitude, excellent communication skills, and the ability to lead by example. You should be able to maintain a calm demeanor during periods of high volume or unusual events and work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
Skills + Qualifications:
- 2+ Years in food service leadership
- Able to lead and motivate a team
- Has a Food Handlers license or a ServSafe certificate.
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
Pay: $19 - $21 / hour
