The Partnerships Manager at Cognitiv is a pivotal role responsible for driving the success and growth of our partnerships. This individual will oversee daily operations of existing SSP and data partnerships, ensuring that commitments and deliverables are met efficiently while fostering strong relationships with partners. The Partnerships Manager will play a critical role in onboarding new partners, integrating them into our systems, and serving as the primary point of contact for all partner-related inquiries. By collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, this role will support the execution of partnership initiatives and drive continuous improvement based on performance metrics and feedback.
This position will be located in New York City with a hybrid work schedule of 3 days in office (Mon/Tue/Wed) and 2 days remote (Thursday/Friday).
Responsibilities
- Oversee the daily operations of existing partnerships, ensuring all commitments and deliverables are met on time, liaising between the internal and external teams to facilitate seamless communication.
- Manage the onboarding process for new partners, including training and integration into our systems.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for partners, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining strong working relationships to foster collaboration.
- Schedule regular check-ins with partners to ensure satisfaction and gather feedback for continuous improvement and growth in the partnership.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support the execution of partnership initiatives, including maintaining the Partnership Playbook, input on marketing materials and overseeing timelines for product integrations.
- Track and analyze partnership performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimize collaboration.
- Prepare regular reports for internal stakeholders on partnership status, performance, and growth opportunities of partnerships.
- Identify and address any operational challenges related to partnerships and propose effective solutions.
- Serve as an advocate for partners within the organization to ensure their needs are met and any issues are resolved promptly.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in partnership management, account management, or a related role in ad tech/programmatic
- Must possess a strong understanding of the programmatic ecosystem
- Proven track record of managing and nurturing successful partnerships
- Must be a self-starter
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey ideas and build relationships with key stakeholders
Salary
- $100,000-$140,000 Base Salary + Equity
Actual compensation is based on multiple factors that are unique to each candidate, including and not limited to job-related knowledge, level of relevant experience, education and skills.
