As Head of Member Intelligence & Insights at CLEAR, you will blend data analytics and creativity to enhance member retention, drive revenue growth, and optimize platform upgrades.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maximize member retention and win-backs by leveraging customer insights to segment and personalize tactics, collaborating with marketing, operations, and call center teams.
- Use predictive analytics to identify potential cancellations based on usage patterns and customer engagement, implementing proactive measures to retain at-risk members.
- Work cross functionally to drive ARPU by guiding pricing, tiering and affiliate strategies.
- Accelerate platform upgrades by developing, testing, and optimizing strategies to convert platform additions into paying members.
- Inform and enhance member acquisition strategies through detailed customer profiling, TAM segmentation, and innovative pricing strategies.
Key Metrics:
- Member retention rate and winback success rate.
- ARPU (Average Revenue Per User) growth.
- Platform upgrade conversion rate.

- Proven expertise in data analytics with a strong track record of turning insights into actionable strategies.
- Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally and influence stakeholders across marketing, operations, and customer service teams.

The base salary range for this role is $250,000 - $315,000, depending on levels of skills and experience.
The base salary range represents the low and high end of CLEAR’s salary range for this position. Salaries will vary depending on various factors which include, but are not limited to location, education, skills, experience and performance. The range listed is just one component of CLEAR’s total compensation package for employees and other rewards may include annual bonuses, commission, Restricted Stock Units
