Essential Job Functions:
- Presenting and Selling Automation and Robotics projects primarily Prime Robotics Products
- Work closely with territory sales associates and their customers for opportunities
- Present and propose automated solutions to existing and potential customers
- Manage Robotics installations/implementations from beginning to end
- Continue customer contact regularly for installed systems
- Work closely with Prime Robotics in the selling and implementing process
- Travel throughout the division and outside division as needed to meet with potential and existing customers
- Invite customers and utilize the Experience Center whenever possible
Other Responsibilities:
- Above all else, provides SILVER SERVICE to Arnold Machinery Company customers
- Call on customers/prospects in a defined, geographical territory
- Strategically plans marketing to provide for customer base
- Contacts customers to achieve maximum sales and profit for the company
- Develops, implements, and executes a marketing plan for an assigned customer base
- Prepares and delivers professional sales presentations and quotations to include the follow up necessary to secure the business
- Develop and expand current customer database and update monthly
- Establishes and maintains a machine ownership list of equipment owned by customers on the call list
- Submits a summary of account activity on a monthly basis
- Provide financial counseling/marketing to entire customer base, upon request, to facilitate sales
- Ensures customers are invoiced and funds received by the Company in a timely manner
- Generates Cold Calls to develop new accounts and add to database
- Must control expenses required in transacting sales

- Climbs in and out of equipment
Education:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Related experience could be a substitution for school requirements
