We do that through proven research-based programs that strengthen families and break the cycle of abuse and neglect through parenting classes, home visiting, anger management classes, children and youth services, parent leadership and support groups, a 24/7 parenting Help Line, community education and public advocacy.
JOB SUMMARY:
- Manage Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Payroll functions and fringe, and grants management cycle
- Develop and monitor agency and program budgets
- Oversee cash management/ Treasury function
- Perform financial reporting and analysis
- Serve as staff liaison to the Finance and Executive committees of the Leadership Board.
- Develop and monitor financial procedures
- Serve as liaison to outside accounting firm during the annual audit
- Assist the Development department with fiscal issues related to grant writing and reporting
- Assist Treasurer with the development and implementation of agency’s financing activities
- Serve as liaison between LifeBridge Health and Family Tree finance departments
- Oversee monthly closeout activities.
- Track and record revenue from various platforms.
- Manage payroll activity and accruals
- Review and manage daily banking and credit transactions
REQUIREMENTS:
- BA/BS in Accounting or Finance, CPA preferred
- 5 years of related experience, preferably in the non-profit sector
- Good organizational skills
- Excellent written and oral communications skills
- Ability to multi-task
- Demonstrated knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Familiarity with accounting software.
The position has a hiring range of $110K to $115K based on experience.
