Immediate opening for a Full Charge Bookkeeper at a medium sized personal injury law firm. Candidates should have prior experience working in law firms or with an escrow account. Ideal candidates will have a minimum of 3 years experience working with QuickBooks.
Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Managing all AP/AR functions for the firm.
- Depositing and issuing checks from both escrow and operating accounts daily.
- Paying costs for client files.
- Managing bills for the firm, keeping track of the firm's outstanding bills.
- Developing weekly cash flow and financial statements.
- Completing reconciliations monthly for all bank accounts and credit cards.
- Preparing 1099’s and tax reports for CPA as requested.
