Core Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute outbound internet and phone campaigns to increase dealership sales
- Create, maintain and measure the effectiveness of the internet business development processes
- Maintain daily, weekly, and monthly sales forecasts
- Manage and track all leads, ensuring all leads are followed up with in a timely manner
- Collect and analyze business metrics via the customer management tool (CRM) to make strategic decisions
- Train and support the sales teams, helping them understand and achieve the dealership’s goals
- Work closely with department managers to develop appointment setting strategies
- Respond to customer inquiries and calls when necessary
- Coach internet sales team on techniques for generating appointments and quotes using proactive lead activity management
- Participate in the hiring and training of sales staff
Desired Qualifications and Experience:
- A minimum of 2 years of dealership sales/internet sales management experience is required; experience with dealership finance is a plus
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to influence others, manage conflict, and exercise sound judgment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Team player who can adapt to a fast-paced, changing environment
- Intrinsically motivated with a demonstrated ability to achieve goals

- Ability to operate the department at a profit according to Chapman guidelines
- Must have a valid driver’s license and clean driving record

Hours and Work Environment
Chapman Dodge Chrysler Jeep Ram of Scottsdale is open Monday – Friday 8am – 9pm and Saturday 8am – 8pm, closed Sundays. Work hours may vary based on business needs. We offer a 5-day workweek to support work-life balance. This is an onsite position working in an office environment, collaborating with sales staff and dealership management. This role reports to the General Sales Manager and General Manager.
