Responsibilities:
- Assist in interviewing and hiring
- Onboarding new hires
- Hold and lead orientation for new hires
- Lead Fun Committee
- Ensure staff wear proper uniform and follow policies, working with appropriate department heads where necessary
- Ensure employees' files are compliant

Minimum Requirements:
- Software proficiency such as Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Ability to communicate effectively with residents, families, staff, vendors, and the public.
- Superior organization skills and attention to detail.
- Proven ability to multi-task.
- Prior experience in Human Resources within a nursing center or healthcare setting.
- Payroll experience. Run payroll reports and audits to assist in ensuring budgetary means.
- Ability to build strong relationships and gain support from staff.
