POSITION SUMMARY
Provide leadership for short and long-term technology strategies that align with the company’s Purpose and Vision. Duties include performing research on emerging technologies that could enhance the organization and develop product offerings to serve our client’s needs. Foster an environment that is innovative and inspiring to employees.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

- Plan, develop, and lead strategic priorities that improve the company and align us with our Purpose and Vision.
- Provide balance between business and technology strategy.
- Support the company’s strategic initiatives and goals through innovative technology and maintaining a stable technology platform.
- Identify what technologies can be used to improve the company’s products and services.
- Foster a people-first culture – equip all with tools so they can sustain and grow.
- Responsible for communication of policy and business strategy to the technology group.
- Support and maintain the morale, welfare, professional development, training, and work-life balance of all technology staff utilizing the Company’s Guiding Principles.
- Support and regularly communicate with the President.
- Comply with all company policies, procedures, practices, and rules.
- Serve as an example of proper conduct per Company Guiding Principles.
- Live our Purpose and help achieve our Vision.
- Assume other duties as directed by the President and Support Team.
SUPERVISOR RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide leadership and direction to all technical staff in alignment with the Company’s Purpose and Vision.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or equivalent from an ABET/EAC accredited program; Master’s degree preferred.
- 10+ years of experience directing a Technology team.
- Relevant information technology certification preferred.
- Demonstrated leadership and supervisory experience.
- Ability to communicate effectively in writing and verbally.
