Jefferson Consulting Group is seeking a Senior Consultant II to support The Federal Transportation Administration. This role will be performed Remotely.

Responsibilities:
- Serve as consulting team lead to provide consultation in support of agency heads, directors, and senior officers and managers in management, organizational and business improvement efforts.
- Coordinate activities including but not limited to process improvement, strategic analysis and organization management, systems improvement.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in business consulting, process improvement, strategy, or a related field.
- Has professional certification (e.g., PMP)
