What You Will Do:
- Establish and maintain effective communication and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders, including senior management, clients, vendors, and partners.
- Develop and implement strategic / tactical vision and goals for the federal clients, aligned with the organization's mission and values.
- Supervise the consulting staff, ensuring high-quality service delivery
- Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities
- Drive the design, development, and implementation of technology solutions that meet the client's needs and expectations, as well as industry best practices and standards.
- Monitor and evaluate the progress and outcomes of the projects, ensuring timely and effective delivery and client satisfaction.
- Stay abreast of the latest trends, developments, and innovations in the technology field, as well as the federal government sector.
Job Responsibilities:
- Possess advanced knowledge and experience in Database Management System (RDBMS), extensive enterprise architecture, software development, migration activities, and cloud architecture and migration.
- Develop reference documents to guide project teams in developing secure applications, review team documentation to determined application readiness for deployment to shared platform, define reference architectures, validate existing platform architecture, and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Communicate effectively with diverse audiences and present to audiences and stakeholders at all levels.

Required Skills and Experience:
- Due to program requirements, this position requires US Citizenship. In addition, the selected candidate must be able to pass a government required background investigation.
- A bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, engineering, or a related field. A master's degree or a PhD is preferred.
- 10+ years of experience in technology consulting, with at least 3 years of experience in the federal government sector.
- Awareness of Oracle Fusion Middleware (OFMW).
- A proven track record of successfully leading and managing complex and large-scale technology projects.
- A deep understanding of the federal government's technology needs, challenges, and opportunities, as well as the relevant regulations, standards, and policies.
- A strong knowledge of the latest technologies, tools, and methodologies in the technology field, such as cloud computing, artificial intelligence, cybersecurity, data analytics, and digital transformation
- A high level of creativity, innovation, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and analytically.
- A strong sense of integrity, ethics, and professionalism, with a commitment to excellence and customer satisfaction.
- Knowledge and extensive experience including access management, Single Sign-On, identity management, federation, integration with Login.Gov, extensive Enterprise Content Management experience managing metadata, taxonomies, record management, security architecture and implementation including database encryption, end to end web and web service security.
- Experienced in developing reference documents to guide project teams in developing secure applications.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse audiences and stakeholders at all levels.

Desired Skills and Certifications:
- Experience in the implementation and architecture of Zero Trust Architecture.
- Public Cloud Vendor Certification, AWS is preferred.
- Oracle, Red Hat, or other ISV certifications

Pay Transparency
Maximus compensation is based on various factors including but not limited to job location, a candidate's education, training, experience, expected quality and quantity of work, required travel (if any), external market and internal value analysis including seniority and merit systems, as well as internal pay alignment. Annual salary is just one component of Maximus's total compensation package. Other rewards may include short- and long-term incentives as well as program-specific awards. Additionally, Maximus provides a variety of benefits to employees, including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays and paid time off. Compensation ranges may differ based on contract value but will be commensurate with job duties and relevant work experience.
