Director, Digital Workflow & Automation
Job Description Summary
To be responsible for the overall management, administration, and strategic direction of the Service Now platform in partnership with the Service Now Governance Committee. This role involves ensuring that effective and efficient use of Service Now as a platform to support business workflows, improve service delivery, increase automation and drive operational excellence. The Director, Digital Workflow & Automation will be able to manage requests and improvement initiatives against resource availability and competing priorities. By continuously monitoring functionality, performance, and metrics, the Director, Digital Workflow & Automation directly impacts the efficiency, productivity and service delivery to our organization.
Requirements (Education, Work Experience, Licensure, Registry &/or Certifications)
Master’s degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Information Technology or related field with five (5) years progressive Service Now experience or Bachelor's degree with seven (7) years of progressive Service Now experience, preferably in a healthcare environment. ITIL Foundations certification or higher must be obtained within 6 months of hire. Strong interpersonal and leadership skills required: client relations and relationship building, fact finding with process documentation, written and verbal communications based on audience.
