Ignite Digital Services has an exciting opportunity for a Charleston, SC individual. We are looking for an enthusiastic individual that is a motivated self-starter with superior listening, effective communication in writing, and organizational skills to support our customers support operations. This role is on-site one to two days a week aligned with the needs of our client.
Scope of Responsibilities:
- Develop and communicate organizational and process solutions with recommendations based upon understanding of the client organization and the relationship with other business units within/across the federal government.
- Support the efforts of the client through task management.
- Create and implement precise requirements for projects with attention to transparent communication at all levels.
- Prepare and update internal and external documentation and deliver information both verbally and in writing, communicating effectively and efficiently with operational, managerial, and executive teams.
- Conduct and participate in meetings with stakeholders, staff members, and project managers, to render project activities into actionable solutions across teams and initiatives.
- Identify and address gaps in the client efforts, including formulating and delivering analytic and no-code solutions as well as delivering strategy and status communication and preparing documentation such as white papers, informational presentations, and different courses of actions.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaborate in a team-oriented environment to conduct full lifecycle of business process analysis activities to include process and data modeling, value stream management, improvement and requirements identification, and automation requirements.
- Support development of process automation use cases and improvement scenarios that increase performance, improve quality, reduce costs, and increase efficiency of the client's business processes.
- Utilize techniques such as process modeling, decision and business rule definition, and UI forms development to digitize and automate processes within a Business Process Management Suite (BPMS).
- Support defining user experience, navigation, BPMS reporting, technical specifications and data definitions. Support configuration of BPMS rules, expressions, and queries. Coordinate with development teams to deliver the solution.
- Support organizational change initiatives to drive successful adoption through training and deployment support.
- Demonstrate the ability to guide client discussions and drive next steps.
- Be capable of gaining client trust and understand and be responsive to their concerns.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Mathematics, or Physical Sciences.
- DOD security clearance preferred. Applicants with clearance will be given preference.
- Minimum three (3) years of related consulting experience in technical specifications development, process analysis and design, technical problem solving, and analytical/logical thinking.
- Experience managing remote collaboration, communication, information management, and workflow tools.
- Demonstrated strong writing skills including the ability to synthesize information into clear, concise messages for both executive summaries and highly detailed analytical reports.
- A proven ability to multi-task, manage time, and organize/plan.
- Demonstrated attention to detail and quality-oriented approach.
- Well-versed in the use of MSOffice 365 tools, including MS Project.
- Provide on-site presence in Charleston, SC.
- One (1) year of experience in solving complex business problems with both qualitative and quantitative analytic skills. Specific experience in Business Process Management (BPM) or reengineering efforts a plus.
- Ability to be a team player, learn new skillsets and technologies, work in a fast-paced environment, and adapt to changing requirements.
- Self-starter, driven to see projects through to completion and achieve the desired impact.
- Strong personal and interactive skills with all levels of stakeholders from line worker to management.
- Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills.
Desired Qualifications:
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
- Certified Scrum Master and/or SAFe practitioner.
- Experience with Agile-Lean methodology to include SAFe and SAFe for Government.
- Knowledge of Agile Scrum methodologies and processes; understanding/ experience working in an Agile development environment.
- Knowledge of ServiceNow and other IT applications.
- Knowledge of BPM standards such as Business Process Modeling Notation (BPMN) and Decision Modeling Notation (DMN).
- Experience modeling and developing processes within Jira, Appian, or similar BPMS platforms.
- DOD security clearance preferred. Applicants with clearance will be given preference.
- Experience with NIWC Atlantic acquisition, project, and business management processes.
Salary: $80,000 to align with education and experience
