Job Overview:
A law firm is seeking a Mid-level Environmental Regulatory Associate Attorney to join their team in Washington, DC. This role requires a strong background in environmental law, along with the ability to communicate effectively and manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
Duties:
- Effectively communicate, verbally and in writing, with clients, colleagues, and third parties.
- Produce deliverables and respond to correspondence promptly and efficiently.
- Provide timely, accurate, and high-quality work products.

Requirements:
- Background in environmental law with experience in key statutes (TSCA, FIFRA, CAA, CWA, CERCLA, RCRA).
- Experience in environmental litigation, regulatory compliance, and defense of enforcement actions.
- Familiarity with EPA, NOAA, Fish and Wildlife, DOI, and state agencies preferred.
- Experience advising clients on environmental issues and liability exposure.
Education:
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree required.
- Admitted to practice in Washington, D.C. and at least one other state.
Certifications:
- Bar membership in Washington, D.C. and an additional state.
Skills:
- Strong analytical and writing abilities with attention to detail.
- Excellent organizational and management skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively and independently.
- Demonstrated oral and written communication skills.
- Research and problem-solving skills, with conceptual thinking.
- Ability to influence others and persuasive communication skills.
Experience:
