Job Description:
- Drafting cause papers, pleadings, affidavits & submissions etc;
- Preparing legal opinions, notices of demand;
- Meeting with clients;
- Attending case managements, hearings and trials;
- Handling general civil litigation;
- Performing other legal work assigned by the firm.
Chambering Pupil:
- Drafting cause papers, pleadings, affidavits & submissions etc;
- Preparing legal opinions, notices of demand;
- Assisting partner attending hearings/trials;
- Exposed to general civil litigation/commercial/conveyancing matters;
- Meeting clients with partner.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Must possess a Bachelor Degree in Law with qualified practicing certificates or equivalent;
- Min 1-2 years experience;
- Initiative/Responsible.
Chambering Pupil:
- Attentive to details;
- Responsible;
- Willing to learn;
- Able to work in a team.
