I am currently looking for an Entrepreneurial Tax Director/Partner/Firm Owner to join a new start-up Tax Practice on a remote basis.

Responsibilities:
- Lead on the development of the business including the implementation of tax-planning strategies.
- Review complex tax filings and sign off Tax returns.
- Manage, train, and upskill junior members of staff within your team, which you can build.
- Maintain and develop your own book of business in accordance with the company's standards.
- Lead on any tax strategy processes required and be a key figure in the decision-making of the business.
Minimum Requirements:
This role will require someone with a portable book of business.
