Job Summary:
Responsible for overseeing, leading, and developing the long-term strategy for the Business Process Effectiveness function. Oversees a core team that includes representatives of the field and partners in various organizations who will support the direction for 'best-in-class' operating models and practices. Develops business and operational strategy that captures the aspects of technology, people, and process and will support the delivery with a focus on planning, change management, and communications. Participates with other top leaders to establish division/group/company-wide processes. Demonstrates leadership versatility.
Core Responsibilities:
- Develop and drive a strategic vision for Marketing Technology while providing thought leadership related to the design, development, and deployment of the roadmap.
- Deliver MarTech solutions across **MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW***. 's residential marketing landscape with a keen focus on analytics, personalization, testing, and campaign optimization throughout the omnichannel customer journey to drive ROI as well as NPS improvements.
- Manage CRM platform and end-to-end process of omnichannel marketing campaigns via Adobe Campaign across many channels, including email, SMS, apps, site, direct mail, and entertainment platforms.
- Create the governance structure to ensure go-to-market plans complement the organization's product and experience goals, while aligning people, process, and technology.
- Engage executives and influence cross-functional teams through strong storytelling and presentation skills that leverage data to drive development, adoption, engagement, and acceleration of performance marketing tools across the organization.
- Define the requirements for marketing technology investments and manage roadmap accordingly.
- Collaborate with information technology teams to ensure that MarTech is in alignment with the broader enterprise technology stack, including selecting optimal technology vendors.
- Serve as a subject matter expert in the marketing technology space by providing strategic thinking, leadership, and partnership with marketing, technology, operations, and business intelligence.
- Support the in-house agency and other stakeholders at headquarters and in the field with MarTech needs, including Digital Asset Management (DAM) and Customer Relationship Platform (CRM).
- Leverage knowledge of segmentation, testing, predictive analytics, and business insight in partnership with our enterprise business intelligence team to establish best practices as well as integrated systems to deliver targeted customer experiences, while also democratizing the data output for campaign managers.
- Train, motivate, develop, and lead a high-performing team of 25 full-time employees, plus additional contractors.

Professional Experience & Qualifications:
- Demonstrated hands-on experience in implementing and managing martech/adtech solutions (i.e., DMP/CDPs, DAM); Adobe Campaign experience a plus.
- Experience in digital marketing/sales and strategy development with solid business analytics knowledge.
- Considerable partnership skills with a background of working in matrixed organizations where leading cross-functionally through influence is the key to success.
- Excellent leader who is focused on supporting the professional growth and well-being of teams.
- Expertise in managing complex, data-driven marketing campaigns.
- Program/project management skills including the ability to prioritize, sequence, execute and deliver projects on time and on budget.
- Strong communicator with a focus on leveraging data to develop a plan and deliver a story.
- Comfortable in a fast-paced setting; enthusiastic about the innovation within and across industries.
Education:
