Job Summary
Responsible for the development and execution of organization GTM objectives, long-range and strategic plans and identification of organization strengths and weaknesses. Recommends the allocation of resources to supporting the existing businesses. Plans the overall direction of the Strategic Planning department. Job Description
Core Responsibilities:
- Evaluates the economics and business models of specific products/services, companies and industry sectors. Plans organization direction and strategy accordingly.
- Supports the launch of new products by working with key constituents across several business unit functions (e.g., product development, programming, operations etc.) to ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Initiates business development and partnership discussions, including distribution, technology/product, content and monetization deals.
- Develops strategy for environmental scans, organizational positioning analysis and other studies relating to the Company's growth and profitability.
- Communicates strategies and direction effectively across the organization.
- Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.
