Job Responsibilities
- Customer Service
- Order Entry & Sales Acknowledgments
- Issue Purchase Orders
- Make bookings with steamship lines or freight forwarders
- Coordinate trucking and follow up on import and export shipments
- Prepare US Customs documents for custom brokers
- Organize deliveries from warehouses and/or ports
- Assist in completing Profit & Loss statements
- Handle samples and sample shipments
- Provide accurate and timely responses to all inquiries
