LSSI is hiring a full-time Associate Executive Director that administers complex Child Welfare Programs for an assigned region.

Essential Functions:
- Administers a complex regional child welfare system with programs at multiple sites.
- Responsible for development and management of a Regional budget.
- Consults with senior management staff in key public and private agencies.
- Oversees the development of new programs in assigned region.
- Serves as a member of the senior network management team.
- Provides direct supervision, training, support, review, and evaluation for assigned staff.
- Ensures job duties of the team and direct reports are completed accurately and in a timely manner.
- Demonstrates professional, positive behavior and carries out responsibilities with integrity, treating clients, families, other LSSI workforce members, and collaborative organizations and/or individuals in a dignified, respectful, honest, and fair manner.
Position Qualifications:
- Masters' Degree in social work or related DCFS/COA acceptable degree.
- Minimum of three (3) years complex management experience required.
- Holds or is in the process of obtaining licensed clinical social work (LCSW) credential or its equivalent.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate in a clear, comprehensible manner, both verbally and in writing.
- Excellent organization, presentation, and pc/computer skills, including experience using Microsoft Office (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) along with other related software.
- Background check clearance, both criminal and CANTS required.
- Valid IL statutory minimum liability insurance coverage, bodily injury, and property damage required.
- Valid driver's license in good standing for the state of residency required. Access to reliable transportation required.
