JOB OVERVIEW
The Digital Partner Journey Transformation Specialist will be a team member on SAP’s Global Partner Marketing Team. This role is responsible for driving strategic initiatives that improve Global Partner Marketing’s processes, operations, and results. Current initiatives include Partner lead routing, Partner referral program, Hyperscaler marketplace collaboration, Partner autonomy, and AI integration. This role will have accountability to identify top growth opportunities, work directly with other members of the Digital Partner Journey Team to drive impactful change, and own initiatives end to end.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Drive strategic initiatives and collaborate with internal cross-functional and Partner teams.
- Assist in planning and execution of new initiatives to help SAP’s Partners become autonomous, so they can drive sales cycles independently of SAP’s involvement.
- Influence process, operations, and GPM’s transformation with AI integration.
- Considerably increase Partner adoption and success of SAP-led demand generation.
- Provide support directly to Digital Partner Journey team members to help them drive impactful change across Global Partner Marketing and Partner Ecosystem Success.
QUALIFICATIONS
- 3+ years of relevant work experience in B2B marketing, operations, and transformational initiatives.
- Have solid marketing experience in cloud business solutions – preferably cloud ERP.
- Have an understanding of the midmarket segment with expertise in partner marketing.
- Possess strong stakeholder management and communications skills.
- An “owner” personality. You are biased toward action and desire to drive your business.
- A “growth hacker” who has experience building plans which accelerate business outcomes with new methods.
- Strong time and project management skills with proven track record of successfully running multiple projects simultaneously.

Compensation Range Transparency: SAP believes the value of pay transparency contributes towards an honest and supportive culture and is a significant step toward demonstrating SAP’s commitment to pay equity. The targeted combined range for this position is 99,000 - 216,000 USD.
