As a Senior HR Executive, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the culture and structure of our organization. This is a multifaceted position that requires a blend of strategic thinking, operational prowess, and the ability to connect with and understand our greatest asset: our people.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Draft and refine job descriptions; oversee the recruitment and onboarding of new talent.
- Conduct comprehensive orientations for new employees, ensuring understanding and adherence to company policies.
- Continuously review, update, and create HR policies as needed.
- Monitor attendance, manage leave reports, and ensure accurate record-keeping.
- Oversee exit formalities for departing employees, ensuring a smooth transition for both the individual and the company.
- Drive employee engagement initiatives and activities to foster a positive and collaborative work environment.
- Implement and oversee performance review processes to support professional growth and business objectives.
- Support in the end-to-end payroll process, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Comply with statutory regulations, including but not limited to PF, muster roll, leave registers, health registers, and other licensing documentation.
- Lead daily operations of the HR department with efficiency and professionalism.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in Human Resources or a related field.
- Proven experience in creating and implementing HR policies and procedures.
- Strong knowledge of statutory compliances and regulations.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and adapt in a rapidly changing environment.
- Commitment to personal continuous improvement and professional growth.
- A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
