JOB DUTIES:
- Lead processes to promote, extend, and streamline our automated client-facing reporting systems.
- Plan, prioritize, and manage the capabilities of our Practix platform.
- Evangelize and streamline reporting systems and related analytical data foundations.
- Act as the primary point of contact between Client Service, Media Execution, Engineering, and Analytics for requirements, capability definition, reporting feedback, data governance.
- Serve as the liaison with the client team for all client reporting requirements.
- Engage with teams to gather feedback, understand needs, and ensure the product delivers value.
- Develop and maintain a product roadmap that aligns with business goals and market demands.
- Communicate product vision, progress, and updates to stakeholders and team members.
- Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitor products, and customer needs.
- Work to level up the UX/UI of products to provide excellent user experience.
EDUCATIONAL/EXPERIENTIAL REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s degree or demonstrated applicable work experience to meet job requirements.
- Demonstrated experience showing an understanding of data analytics, reporting systems, and cloud platforms.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Knowledge of digital marketing channels, including PPC, SEO, Programmatic, and Social is required.
- Prior agency experience strongly preferred including an understanding of reporting cadence, client needs, and accessibility.
PHYSICAL/COGNITIVE REQUIREMENTS:
- Must be able to speak and read English proficiently.
- Must be able to sit for extended periods of time.
- Must be able to use a keyboard.
This is a hybrid role located in Minneapolis, MN. Full time remote candidates will not be considered.
