Department: We are looking for an experienced Director of Marketing and Revenue Operations to join our Rev Ops and Marketing teams to help our accelerating business continue to scale to new heights. Sitting in the middle of the Filevine go-to-market motion, Revenue Operations plays a pivotal role in tethering various departments together to one unified strategy. Filevine is a Sales and Marketing led organization emphasizing the importance of a strong operational leader that has experience in helping to efficiently scale a business.
Job Summary: The Director of Marketing and Revenue Operations will report to our VP of Revenue Operations, with a dotted line to our SVP of Go-to-Market Strategy, and will focus on leading strategic and operational efforts related to marketing, sales development, and partnerships using Salesforce CRM and HubSpot Marketing Automation. You will be responsible for optimizing our marketing technology stack, developing and implementing operational processes, and ensuring data is captured and presented effectively for data-driven decision-making across all lead generation channels. This role will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, product, and business intelligence, marketing, and partnerships to accelerate growth and improve marketing efficiency.

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or MBA in Marketing, Business, or a related field or 7+ years of experience in marketing or revenue operations, preferably in a B2B software or technology environment.
- Strong understanding of marketing technology, data management, and process optimization.
- Ability to work cross-functionally with sales, product, and analytics teams to align marketing efforts with business goals.
- Proven experience in data analysis, marketing automation, lead management, and reporting.
- Strong expertise in Salesforce CRM and HubSpot, including certifications in either or both.
- Excellent project management skills with a track record of managing complex projects across teams.
- Action-oriented self-starter confident in finding resources and removing barriers to ensure success. Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and team management abilities.
- In-office requirement in our Chicago location.
