Associate Director, Retail Media Networks

We’re looking for an outstanding Associate Director- Commerce Media—someone who can win the hearts of clients, inspire their teammates, and skillfully juggle multiple pieces of business. In this role, you can make a real difference in our clients’ business and our own.
As an Associate Director, you’ll be responsible for oversight of a team of media buyers and all campaign management activities they perform. You will be accountable for ensuring all retail/commerce best practices are followed by your team and campaigns are set up, managed, and operated according to strategic plans.
Day to day your role includes:
- Directing and managing the daily workflow of Digitas’ commerce campaigns, including plan development, campaign activation and maintenance, and post-buy recaps.
- Interfacing with media strategy teams to build strategic shopper-focused campaign plans, communicate recommendations, and identify and deliver new solutions in a collaborative fashion.
- Serving as a true expert and educating internal commerce media teams on the RMN offerings, RMN search or display campaign setup and optimization strategies.
- Supporting in the development of the Commerce Media COE and spreading the Commerce Mindset throughout the entire Agency.
- Assuming accountability and ownership of campaign execution in platforms such as Amazon, Roundel, Walmart Connect, KPM, Instacart, Criteo, and Citrus for assigned client accounts.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with commerce media partners.
- Monitoring and reporting on campaign performance.
- Embracing and encouraging a culture based on teamwork, collaboration, and intellectual curiosity.
Qualifications:
- Six to nine years of deep experience in RMN display and search media buying.
- Expertise in activating search and/or display campaigns within Amazon, Roundel, Walmart Connect, KPM, Instacart, Criteo, and Citrus.
- Experience with RMN campaign management platforms, such as Pacvue or Skai.
- Proven experience with at least three or more years of people management experience, overseeing three or more reports in an account management/client services team.
- Strong analytical thinking and mathematical skills.
- Excellent communication and writing skills—you’re poised, precise, and above all, kind when relating to others.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
