The Opportunity
Hyatt seeks an enthusiastic Digital Senior Product Manager to join our Sales and Events Digital Product Team. In this role, you will be collaborating closely with the broader Digital Product and Events teams, where you’ll be instrumental in continuing to make Hyatt a leading hospitality company. The Role
Reporting to the Director of Product Management, the Senior Product Manager leads the development, prioritization, execution, and delivery of Hyatt digital experiences in the Sales and Events space. The ideal candidate will be comfortable managing the delivery of enterprise digital products with clear goals and desired outcomes while receiving guidance and coaching from the Director of Product Management and/or Group Product Manager. Additional responsibilities include:
- Develop a strategic roadmap for the products managed, focused on desired outcomes
- Lead day-to-day product management activities in partnership with teammates in Engineering and Design roles
- Write agile user epics and stories that break down complex experiences into tactical steps to build digital products iteratively
- Maintain and enhance existing digital products to maximize opportunity, deliver long-term value, and be a good product steward
- Measure and report on product performance (both quantitative and qualitative)
- Deliver insights about product use, and make informed decisions with data and experience
- Communicate product strategy and development updates to Digital and Sales and Events leadership and internal
- Work closely with business stakeholders to align product strategy to business goals
- Opportunities to participate in Hyatt’s Diversity & Inclusion activities
Qualifications
Experience Required:
- 5+ years of experience in Digital Product or Program Management, or other equivalent business/ function role
Experience Preferred:
- Bachelor’s degree or other equivalent work experience
- Proficient digital web background, with prior experience delivering enterprise-level products and experiences
- Digital product management systems such as JIRA, Adobe Analytics, Splunk
- Experience in hospitality or B2B is a plus
