ROLE SUMMARY

This is a matrixed leadership role that requires development of market winning strategies with a focus on the global launches of both vepdegestrant and atirmociclib (CDK4).
- Establish pan asset global competitive launch position in a dynamic breast cancer market
- Co-lead development and implementation of HCP strategic framework
- Deliver HCP launch content that differentiates in a crowded market
- Contribute to the annual Global Operating Plan and Tactical Plan
- Engagement and partnership with key markets on global launch strategies across multiple stakeholders
- Act as a cross-functional leader by integrating execution plans across all Pfizer functions to drive innovative ideas that can support a successful launch
- Lead launch readiness meetings, follow up on key workstreams and deliverables
- Drive timely development of brand deliverables leveraging regional and local market feedback
- Ensure on-time launch and execution of key milestones via the development of a detailed, tangible and actionable plan – hold teams accountable for deliverables and attainment of key milestones
- Global launch sequencing framework
- Key external engagements (Congresses, Ad Boards, etc.)
- Conducts all activities and makes decisions that are in accordance with Company policies & SOPs, Pfizer values & global regulatory guidelines
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree
- 10+ years commercial experience in the pharmaceutical industry
- Ability to work independently across senior level stakeholders and demonstrates judgement of what needs to be escalated
- Excellent communication and presentation skills (oral and written)
- Robust planning skills and ability to multi-task under pressure
- Self-starter, comfortable with ambiguity
- Solid understanding of today’s Global and US pharmaceutical environment, incl. Regulatory, Legal and Compliance
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Oncology experience – particularly in the breast cancer space
- Global and/or US launch experience
- Advanced degree
NON-STANDARD WORK SCHEDULE, TRAVEL OR ENVIRONMENT REQUIREMENTS
- Ability to travel approximately 15% of the time
The annual base salary for this position ranges from $161,600.00 to $269,400.00. In addition, this position is eligible for participation in Pfizer’s Global Performance Plan with a bonus target of 20.0% of the base salary and eligibility to participate in our share based long term incentive program.
